Request a change or cancellation
Email contact@sepamarys.online with your booking reference and the change you need. For urgent departures, call +370 627 04168. A request is not a completed cancellation: we will confirm its status and explain any applicable fees.
Flights
Changes and refunds depend on the airline and your ticket fare conditions. Some fares are non-refundable or carry change fees. We will check the conditions attached to your booking before you decide.
Hotels
Hotel cancellation deadlines and charges vary by property, dates and rate. A non-refundable rate may not qualify for a refund. Ask us for the specific conditions for your selected stay.
Holiday packages
Package changes and cancellations are governed by your travel contract and applicable law. Any cancellation charges must be specified in the relevant contract; no universal fee schedule is published here.
